Finding the Way Through - Men’s Recovery Groups

Sex and pornography addiction can leave us feeling confused, isolated, and with broken trust—not only within ourselves, but in our most intimate relationships. “Finding the Way Through - a Workbook for Sex and Pornography Addiction, Sobriety, Recovery and Partner Sensitivity” is a 26-week guided group designed to help men navigate the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual terrain with clarity, integrity, and support.

This is not a quick fix or surface-level conversation. It’s a structured commitment to personal transformation—one deeply rooted in honesty, sobriety, reconnection, and the courage to face what’s been hidden and desires to come into the light.

What You’ll Experience
Each week, participants will have two opportunities to learn, share and engage with Finding the Way Through. First, is through education, understanding and exposure to the material. This is where you will learn about and develop the tools through guided teaching, reflections and experiential practices the different concepts of healing, reconnection, growth, and recovery.

Secondly, will be through processing and discussion with the members of your group: how you applied or used the skills you learned that week, discuss where you struggled and gain valuable feedback and insights from other members, receive encouragement and support from other men walking along side you, learning what you’re learning, all while maintaining a compassionate and confidential environment.

This is all so you can to do the serious work of confronting your addiction, understand the hurt and betrayal that it has caused, and working to rebuild acceptance, vulnerability, trust, confidence—first, within yourself and other men, then, with those you care about.
